SPI / FilmBox proudly announces the launch of the first channel dedicated to Turkish films and broadcasted globally – Timeless Drama Channel (TDC) – in Romania, in August, exclusively at UPC. The channel will be distributed in the basic package, so all UPC digital TV customers will have access to the most popular Turkish series, watched by more than 400 million people in 140 countries, subtitled now in Romanian, too.
Timeless Drama Channel is the result of a partnership with Ay Yapim, one of Turkey’s finest producers and creator of numerous award-winning Turkish TV series that Romanians love so much. Timeless Drama Channel has hundreds of hours of new content, including 8 popular TV series worldwide: Karadayi, Black Money Love, 20 Minutes, Kurt Seyit & Shura, Moms and Mothers, Red Scarf, Five Brothers and The End.

Love, family, betrayal, hidden intrigues – are the main topics that Turkish productions are nominated for many times at the Emmy Awards and are awarded in multiple festivals.
TDC is the channel that addresses all ages, with fascinating and exciting life stories. Productions are top-rated, with budgets of around $ 200,000 for each episode, and the series proposed by TDC are internationally rewarded.
